We've seen what slows good businesses down. We built Orvannis to fix it.
30 years in sales and 22 years in finance - then the tools finally caught up...
30 years across the table. Now built into your systems.
"Copper wire doesn't create electricity - it carries it. Your business already creates the value. We build the systems that carry it further, faster, and with nothing lost along the way."

Why Brian started Orvannis
After 30 years in sales and 22 years in finance - building teams, closing deals, managing cash flow, and watching businesses struggle with the same fixable problems over and over - Brian O'Connor founded Orvannis on a straightforward belief: most businesses don't fail because they lack technology. They fail because no one ever helped them build the right foundation.
Most automation platforms are built by engineers who have studied business from the outside. Our team brings something different - real years spent inside the work. Hiring salespeople and teaching them wholesaling technique. Untangling cash flow problems for businesses that didn't know they had them. Building processes from scratch because no one had ever written them down.
That experience is what drives how Orvannis operates. We don't hand you software and wish you luck. We understand what you're building, design solutions around how you actually work, and stay involved until it's working.
"The gap isn't technology. It's judgment - knowing which problems to solve first, and how to solve them in a way that lasts."
Most firms make you choose: the technology or the guidance. Orvannis delivers both.
The Orvannis team delivers every engagement on two tracks simultaneously - because strategy without execution is just advice, and automation without strategy is just noise.
Stone. Copper. Orbit. Arrow.
Four ideas run underneath everything Orvannis builds - and the order matters as much as the pieces.

STONE → COPPER → ORBIT → ARROW
What the Orvannis team believes
Why Orvannis?
We didn't want a name that described a feature, because features change. We wanted one that described a feeling - permanence and intelligence working together.
Orvannis was coined to carry two ideas at once: the stability of something built to last, and the quiet intelligence of a system that connects everything and keeps it moving.
Stone endures - 30 years of foundation, the dependable experience everything else rests on. Copper conducts - linking every part of your business and carrying intelligence through it, never generating the energy itself.
Orbit is the macro view - circling the whole problem first, seeing how sales, finance, and operations connect before deciding where to act. The Arrow is what comes next: intentional direction, moving with purpose once you know exactly why and where.
"A platform you can build on, that's smart enough to run on its own."
We are in the listening phase - intentionally.
Before we build, our team is speaking with business owners across every stage. No product to demo, no pitch to sit through. Just a focused conversation about what is actually hard for you right now.
