Orvannis LLC is a New Hampshire limited liability company that provides business automation and advisory services — including lead capture, customer communication, CRM and scheduling setup, workflow automation, and related consulting — for small and mid-sized businesses.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to send spam or harmful content.

3. Services and engagements

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement for each engagement. If anything in a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.

4. No guaranteed results

We bring experience and proven tools to every engagement, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific result, revenue, or performance. Nothing on this site is a promise of results.

5. Not professional legal, tax, or financial advice

Our content and consulting are for general business purposes. They are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Where those services are needed, we may refer you to qualified independent professionals; you engage them directly and at your own discretion.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in your engagement agreement or invoice. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due on receipt. Late or failed payments may pause active work until resolved.

7. Text messaging (SMS/MMS)

If you opt in through the text-messaging chat widget on our website, you agree to receive text messages from Orvannis. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. 8. Third-party tools

Our work often configures and connects third-party platforms (for example, CRM, scheduling, messaging, email, and payment tools). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, or actions of third-party providers.

9. Intellectual property

The Orvannis name, logo, website content, and reusable methods, templates, and tooling we create remain our property, except for materials a signed engagement agreement expressly assigns or licenses to you. You retain ownership of your own business data and content.

10. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's non-public business information shared during an engagement and to use it only to perform or receive the services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvannis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Orvannis harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using our website at any time. Either party may end an engagement as described in the applicable engagement agreement. We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our business and applicable laws evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
