• Information you give us through our contact form: your name, email, phone number, company, industry, preferred contact method, best time to reach you, and your message.
• Usage information collected automatically through Google Analytics (GA4): pages visited, general location, device and browser type, and how you found us. This uses cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
• To follow up about services you asked about.
• To send appointment confirmations and reminders.
• To improve our website and understand how visitors use it.

3. SMS / Text messaging terms

If you provide your phone number and opt in through the contact form or the business audit on our website (by entering your number and checking the consent box on that form), you agree to receive text messages from Orvannis. Specifically:

• Types of messages: your business audit results link (if you asked for it), replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and customer-care follow-ups related to services you requested.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• To opt out at any time, reply STOP. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is never shared with anyone except as required to deliver the messages you requested (for example, our messaging provider).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, our email provider (Resend), hosting (Vercel, Railway), analytics (Google), scheduling (Google), and our CRM/messaging platform. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work, and keep our business records. You can ask us to remove your information at any time — just email brian@orvannis.com. A real person handles it, not a form. If you ask for your business audit results, we keep them, with the email or mobile number you gave, for 12 months so your private results link keeps working. After 12 months they are deleted automatically. We will take you off our contact and marketing lists and write back to confirm. We will not pretend every last copy disappears the same day: some details stay in our business and tax records, and backup copies take time to clear.

6. Cookies & analytics

Our site uses Google Analytics cookies to understand traffic and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to contact us.

7. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing brian@orvannis.com. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and opt out of email follow-ups using the unsubscribe link or by replying to any message.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business and applicable laws evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
