You're on a job, with a customer, or driving. Your phone rings first. If you don't pick up, Eryn does. She is friendly, says up front that she is an automated assistant, takes the message, and makes sure it gets to you.

  3. 3The owner gets an alert. The business owner who runs the line gets a short text about your message so they can follow up.
